HomeResQ Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Plan Term

- The HomeResQ Plan is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Services Included

- The plan includes unlimited repairs and breakdown support for all covered devices and appliances.

- Customers are entitled to three maintenance services per year at no additional cost.

- Service charges for all visits and repairs are covered under the plan.

- The cost of spare parts and consumables is not included and must be paid by the customer.

3. Eligible Devices and Appliances

- The plan covers devices and appliances that are less than 10 years old.

- Devices and appliances under warranty are eligible for service; however, ResQ Zone will not be responsible for any impact on the existing warranty.

4. Service Requests

- Customers can request more than one service for the same appliance.

- Service requests must be made through the designated ResQ Zone customer service channels.

5. Service Address

- The plan is valid for a single residential address provided at the time of purchase.

- Services will not be extended to multiple addresses.

6. Plan Activation

- The HomeResQ Plan will be activated the day after the purchase date.

- Customers will receive confirmation of activation via email.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Customers can cancel the plan within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized.

- No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if any service has been availed.

8. Exclusions

- Physical damage, misuse, and negligence of devices and appliances are not covered under the plan.

- Externally installed accessories and enhancements are not covered.

9. Service Response Time

- ResQ Zone will strive to provide service within 24-48 hours of receiving a service request.

10. Consumables

- Consumables such as filters, RO membranes, and other replaceable parts are not covered under the plan and will incur additional costs.

11. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResQ Zone operates.

12. Amendments

- ResQ Zone reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
